We had the opportunity to take a sneak-peek at a home up for sale (by owner) — an original Eichler in Concord adjacent to Concord Community Park. Take a look. (Click on the photos for larger, clearer images). These were shot last year, but the house is pretty much the same.
It's one of my own favorite models — much like our own, but a bit larger in all the right places: a full pantry, a separate utility/laundry room (rather than a nook). The guest bath is very accessible and creates a nice "guest area" in the front of the house. A two-car garage is always a nice option, too.
If interested, contact the seller here.
The most noteworthy thing about the house is the yard — it's huge... like 3 yards in total. Presently, it's a bit under-utilized, but simply due to size, the possibilities are near-endless. Unfortunately, it backs up to the park which can get pretty noisy and street parking in the neighborhood on the weekends (park traffic) can get a bit much. But if that sort of thing doesn't phase you then you're looking at the right house.

Great place! -seems like a steal to me.

Thanks for posting these. Do you know if the cabinets in the hobby/laundry are original? I have the same floorplan, mostly original condition, and don't have those but would love them!
