HISTORY
The MicroEichler idea began as many things do — out of necessity and legacy.
Like many Eichler owners, the backyard of our 60 year old home came with its own "personality"... a few full-grown trees that would be a crime to tear out, some 70s-era concrete, way too many plants and a failing fence. Also, like many Eichler owners, we had big plans, but a small budget which meant changing the vibe completely was out of reach — we had to work with a bit of what we already had.

The California Pepper tree's roots heaved one of the concrete pads in this area, so it needed to be removed... but what to do with this space?
